TRAPbarre

Barre is a low-impact workout that fuses elements of ballet, pilates, and yoga to access deep muscle groups through tiny movements and high repetitions. In any barre class, the main focuses are proper body alignment and constant core engagement. For this reason, Danielle designed TRAPbarre as a bodyweight-only workout and challenges clients to become aware of their body and maintain proper form without the risk of injury.

HYPHYhiit

If you want to maximize your thirty minutes, HIIT HYPHY is the class for you. High-Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

In this class, we focus on the quality of our movements, not the size of our weights. This allows you to draw attention to body alignment and execute each move with intention. Once you have the move down, challenge yourself by increasing your speed.

VIBINflow

Ride the waves of your breath in this rigorous yet centering vinyasa flow for practitioners of all levels from first-timers to big-timers. Connect your mind, body, and spirit through the power of yogic movement. All you need is your body, your mat, and your breath. Self-care, self-aware. Treat yo self honey!

TRAPcycle

If you have a stationary bike and a love for hip-hop music, this is the class for you. TRAPcycle is our rhythmic cycling class that includes high-intensity cardio training while building endurance and strength. From sprints to jumps, tap-backs to runs, pushes to heavy climbs, and everything in between, this signature class leaves our riders hella energized and hella sweaty.

VIBINstretch

In our signature stretch class, we gracefully move through poses designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. Benefits of stretching include increased flexibility, increased range of motion, improved posture, and increased blood flow to the muscles. Additional benefits of stretching include being a great stress relief, decrease tension headaches and back pain, and also calming for the mind.

MOVINweight

If you want to maximize your time and learn proper form, MOVIN’ Weight is the class for you. Danielle uses a 27-pound kettlebell to lead a lower-body-focused class. Designed specifically for those who want to move with weight, this class allows you to burn lots of calories while building strength. This class requires that you have a kettlebell or dumbbell. We recommend at least a 10-pound weight for maximum benefit.

VIBINrestore

Experience our soulful side in our VIBINrestore class. In our 45-minute yoga-inspired class, we move through restorative poses while connecting movement and breath. In this class, you will explore yoga postures at an intuitive pace. Depart class feeling recharged and energetically cleansed. All you need is a comfy space to lay down.

RHYTHM&barre

The original barre method was conceived by Lotte Berk who fled Nazi Germany to the UK in the mid-20th century, where she later refined the exercises as a high rep, low-impact system designed to tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility. Berk’s creative movements allowed people to convene in communities of strength and empowerment during post-WWII London.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the pond, R&B music has transformed in America from a genre with one distinct soulful sound, into a category with many divergences and even in different languages, based on evolving vocal techniques and fusion of different global influences, aka different people.

Over recent decades, the evolution of what used to be considered “classic” barre method and “pure” R&B music, proves that when people come together for a common purpose, there will always be room for creative expression in movement.
